Job Description

American Traveler seeks a Physical Therapist with at least 6 months of recent experience for a day shift travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a hospital-based physical therapy department
• Shift is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• 13 week contract assignment
• Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position
• Documentation must include a complete application, skills checklist, references, and license verification
• Certifications must be current and not set to expire within the first 30 days of assignment
• Specific dress code, holiday coverage, and team structure details are not specified

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of physical therapy experience within the last 6 months required
• Active Physical Therapy license required if applicable
• Must provide references according to state requirements: two for Florida and Missouri, one for all other states
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSNs accepted)
