Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Med/Surg position requiring at least one year of recent specialty experience and a NM or compact license.

Responsibilities

• Position is on a Medical/Surgical unit (Floor 2) in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15
• 13-week contract assignment
• No local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius
• Candidates are responsible for direct patient care in a Med/Surg unit
• RTO (Requested Time Off) must be less than one week
• Returning travelers must meet rehire criteria as outlined
• Applicants with US Social Security Numbers only will be considered

Requirements

• Active NM or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of start
• Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
