Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Telemetry RN with night shift availability and current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications for a large cardiovascular telemetry unit.

Responsibilities

• Work in a 54-bed Cardiovascular Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Unit is divided into three 18-bed wings with additional care provided in an Overflow unit
• Position requires night shifts (3x12 hours) from 19:00 to 07:00
• Every other weekend coverage including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night shifts is required
• Holiday coverage may be required during the assignment period
• Locals are accepted at the same rate
• Provide nursing care for cardiovascular telemetry patients
• Flexibility in scheduling is preferred
• Team members care for patients across all wings and may support the overflow unit

Requirements

• Active VA or compact RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Ability to provide two professional references for consideration
• Copy of driver’s license and Social Security Number required
