Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (Stepdown/Telemetry) position requiring an active AR or compact RN license and at least one year of recent PCU experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Progressive Care Unit (stepdown/telemetry) of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule from 6:45 am to 7:15 pm
• 13-week assignment duration
• No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius
• RTO requests must be less than one week
• Applicants must be able to provide documentation promptly upon request
• First-time travelers may be considered if requirements are met
• Travelers must adhere to specified holidays and department protocols

Requirements

• Active AR or compact RN license required
• Minimum of one year recent experience in progressive care or stepdown/telemetry
• No gap in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Certifications and licenses must be valid through the first 30 days of assignment
• Candidates cannot have been permanent staff at any CHS facility within the last two years
