Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Oncology RN with active GA or compact state RN license, chemo certification, and recent chemotherapy administration experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in an oncology clinic or outpatient care setting
- Day shift, Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm, 8-hour shifts
- 13-week contract assignment
- No on-call requirements
- Position requires care of oncology patients including chemotherapy administration
- No local candidates within a 50-mile radius are eligible
- Permanent staff wishing to return as travelers must have a 2-year break since last employed
- First-time travelers will be considered if all experience and certification requirements are met
- Requested time off must be provided upfront; no additional requests will be accepted after offer
Requirements
- Active GA or compact state RN license
- Minimum of 2 years’ recent oncology RN experience
- AHA BLS certification required
- Current chemotherapy certification required
- Experience administering chemotherapy required
