Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN with a TX or compact license and advanced life support certifications for a day shift travel assignment.

Responsibilities

Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting
May float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as needed
Patient population consists of critically ill adults
Day shifts: 3x12 or 4x12 hour shifts from 7:00 to 19:00
Candidates residing within a 50-mile radius are not eligible
Must provide two supervisory references from the last three years
Eligible only if not considered a local candidate per radius rules

Requirements

Active TX or Compact RN license required
Minimum of 2 years of ICU RN experience required
Travel nursing experience preferred
Current ACLS, BLS, and TNCC certifications required
Must hold either ENPC or PALS certification
