Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 3 years of experience and CNMT certification for a Monday-Friday day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based nuclear medicine department with 2 procedure rooms
• Day shifts, 5x8 hours per week, with schedules of either 6:30 AM-3:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Uses Epic for charting; Epic EMR experience required for certain units
• Responsibilities limited to nuclear medicine procedures
• Must adhere to department dress code with black scrubs
• No more than 7 days of requested time off per 13-week contract
• No time off allowed during first week of orientation
• Permanent employees must have a 1-year break before returning as a traveler
• Traveler will be compensated for up to 16 hours to complete orientation modules
• Free parking available

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of nuclear medicine technologist experience
• CNMT certification required
• State license required if applicable
• Epic EMR experience required for certain units
• No first-time travelers will be considered
• Applicants must reside more than 75 miles from facility location
• Valid state license required at time of consideration
