Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring PA or compact RN licensure, 2 years of OR experience, and Epic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Operating Room of a hospital setting
• Three 12-hour day shifts weekly from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• On-call responsibilities with a required 30-minute response time
• Weekend and holiday shifts as needed
• Floating may be required
• Could provide care to COVID patients
• EMR: Epic; prior Epic experience required
• Candidates may be interviewed by the hiring manager after clinical pre-screening
• The facility maintains a tobacco and fragrance free environment
• Up to 7 days of requested time off is allowed
• Holiday and weekend coverage may be required as determined by the department
• Local candidates are accepted, with adjustments to the local pay rate

Requirements

• Active PA or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
