Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer - Vascular with RVT certification and at least 1 year of experience to perform both echo and vascular studies on adult patients.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient imaging setting
• Performs both echocardiography and vascular ultrasound studies
• Adult patient population only
• Uses GE and Philips ultrasound equipment
• Work schedule is 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, four days per week
• Black or navy blue scrubs are required
• Local candidates within 60 miles are accepted at a reduced rate
• Candidates with expiring certifications during the assignment must provide proof of renewal or scheduled renewal dates
• Returning candidates with previous employment may be subject to an eligibility review process

Requirements

• Current RVT certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a vascular sonographer
• Current state license if applicable
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Two professional references from previous managers
