Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Med/Surg RN with at least one year of recent specialty experience and a current TX or compact RN license for a night shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Work takes place on the Med/Surg unit (Floor 3) of a hospital setting
• Night shifts from 18:45 to 07:15
• 13-week contract assignment
• No local travelers accepted within a 50-mile radius
• RTO (Requested Time Off) requests must be less than one week
• First-time travelers are eligible for consideration
• A valid driver's license is required
• US Social Security Number is required for employment (Canadian SIN is not accepted)

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required and must be current at time of consideration
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the last 12 months
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment
• Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible
