Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an inpatient rehabilitation assignment in a hospital-based skilled nursing care setting, requiring a current Texas OT license.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a swing bed or inpatient care setting providing skilled nursing level rehabilitation in a hospital environment
  • Day shift schedule, 5x8 hour shifts, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Unit specializes in OT inpatient rehab
  • Locals are accepted for this position
  • Two professional references are required for consideration
  • Resume and skills checklist must be provided for job consideration
  • RTO (requested time off) must be submitted with application

Requirements

  • Current Texas Occupational Therapist license required
  • NBCOT certification preferred, not required
  • Cerner EMR experience preferred
  • License required if applicable
