Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position requiring an active AR or compact RN license and recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

Work in a Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting
Night shift schedule from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
Caring for laboring patients and newborns
No local travelers permitted due to a 50-mile radius rule
Requests for time off must be less than 1 week
Candidates must provide care to laboring patients and newborns as part of the L&D team
Role involves working alongside an experienced Labor & Delivery team in a busy hospital environment

Requirements

Active AR or compact RN license required
Minimum of 1 year recent Labor & Delivery experience
No lapses in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
Driver's license required for consideration
Must not have worked as permanent staff at any Community Health Systems facility within the last 2 years
All certifications must remain valid through the first 30 days of the assignment
