Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Neonatal ICU RN with current NICU experience for night shifts, requiring a NJ or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in a hospital Neonatal ICU setting
• Night shifts are from 19:00 to 07:30
• Thirteen-week contract assignment
• Care for neonatal patients requiring intensive care
• Responsible for delivering critical care to neonatal patients in the NICU
• Must provide primary source license/certification verification within 30 days of start and update upon expiration
• Orientation to workplace violence prevention protocols provided
• Dress code and scrub requirements follow hospital standards
• Local and travel pay rates are the same for this position

Requirements

• Active NJ or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross required
• NRP or NALS certification required for NICU nurses
• Minimum of 1 year NICU experience required
• Recent acute, in-hospital experience preferred
• Must complete workplace violence prevention training (e.g., DCI/BVP)
