Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring a FL or compact RN license and AHA or American Red Cross ACLS and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Position is in the Cath Lab unit of a short-term acute care, teaching hospital
• Shift is four 10-hour day shifts from 6:30 to 17:00
• On-call required during evenings and weekends
• Floating within scope to meet facility needs may be required
• Locals are accepted at the same rate
• Charting is completed using Epic EMR
• Scrub color is ceil blue
• First-time travelers are accepted
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted up front; later requests are unlikely to be approved
• Mandatory completion of time-sensitive onboarding modules upon assignment confirmation
• Parking is free in any unrestricted space
• Travelers cannot work more than 18 consecutive months at Cleveland Clinic locations and must wait six months before a new assignment at any Cleveland Clinic location
• Two professional references are required for consideration

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 18 months RN experience prior to travel assignments, with 2 years preferred
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Nicotine free status is required and will be verified by testing
• Pending license considered for this position
