Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ER RN for night shifts with a VT or compact license and advanced life support certifications.

Responsibilities

Position is in the Emergency Room (ER) of an acute care hospital setting
Night shifts are 12 hours, scheduled from 7p-7a
Assignment duration is 8 weeks
Care involves emergency and acute care patient populations
Uses Cerner EMR in the unit
Tobacco-free campus with no smoking or tobacco use permitted on hospital premises
Team support from medical staff, allied health professionals, and advanced diagnostic/ancillary services
Night shifts include every other weekend coverage
Dress code and scrub requirements to be confirmed upon assignment

Requirements

Active VT or compact RN license required
Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
Current certifications in BLS (AHA), ACLS, and PALS required
TNCC certification required; CCRN, CEN, and ENPC are preferred
Previous travel nursing experience is highly preferred
