Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg unit night shift contract requiring at least one year of recent medical-surgical experience and an active AL or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Med/Surg unit on floor 6 in a hospital setting
• Night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Care for general medical-surgical adult patients
• Not available to local travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility
• Travelers who have worked as permanent staff with CHS facilities within the past 2 years are not eligible
• RTO (requested time off) must be less than 1 week
• Returning travelers must not have been permanent staff within the last 2 years

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required
• Minimum of one year recent Med/Surg RN experience
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Certifications must remain valid and not expire within the first 30 days of the contract
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
