Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist for a special procedures unit, requiring at least 2 years of recent clinical experience.

Details

  • Position is in a hospital-based special procedures/interventional radiology unit
  • Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with call and holiday requirements
  • Patient cases involve a variety of interventional radiology procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience within the last 6 months
  • Active state license required if applicable
  • Certifications must be issued by AHA or ARC and valid through at least the first 30 days of the assignment
  • No employment gap of 90 days or more in the last 12 months
  • U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
  • Professional reference requirement: one reference for South Carolina (two for Florida or Missouri if applicable)

Additional Information

  • Duties include supporting interventional radiology procedures in a high-acuity hospital environment
  • There is a strict 50-mile radius rule; local candidates will not be considered
  • Holiday and on-call coverage is required per shift schedule
