Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with at least 2 years of diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab experience and required credentials.

Responsibilities

• Work in a cardiac catheterization lab performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures
• Potential to float to other units within clinical scope as needed
• Uses Epic for charting and documentation
• Day shifts, Monday to Friday, with typical hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or late shift 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weekend call coverage may be required to fill vacancies
• Scrubs are provided for all staff
• Peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures are performed in addition to cardiac
• Candidates may be required to float to another location based on facility needs
• Local candidates within a 50-mile radius will be considered at a different rate

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab procedures required
• BLS, ACLS, and CCI RCIS certifications required
• Valid state license or certification required if applicable
• Prior experience with EP procedures is a plus
• Proficiency with Epic EMR preferred
