Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring an active GA or Compact RN license and at least 18 months of recent acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on the 5th Floor Med/Surg unit in a hospital setting
• 12-hour AM shifts
• 13-week assignment length
• Travelers must adhere strictly to the facility's RTO policy with a maximum of five days off unless it falls on or near a holiday, in which case a maximum of three days off is allowed
• Only one holiday request is permitted during the contract
• Former employees must have been separated for at least one year, and 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO falling across multiple holidays will not be approved and must be spaced apart
• Candidates may only apply to one position at a time

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license in hand
• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg RN experience
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility; no local candidates accepted
