Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU night shift position requiring a GA or Compact RN license and a minimum of 18 months ICU experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the ICU within the Emergency Services department
- Located in a hospital setting in Atlanta, GA
- Night shift schedule with 12-hour shifts
- 13-week contract assignment
- RTO not on or near a holiday is limited to 5 days; if on or near a holiday, maximum is 3 days
- Only one holiday request is permitted for time off
- Requests for several consecutive days off during holidays will not be approved
- First time travelers accepted, exceptions to the radius rule are rarely granted
Requirements
- Active GA or Compact RN license in hand
- Minimum of 18 months RN experience in an ICU setting
- Must live at least 50 miles from the facility; locals not accepted
- Returning staff must have been separated for 1 year from the health system and 18 months if returning to the same facility
