Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist for a 13-week inpatient assignment requiring at least 2 years of specialty experience.

Responsibilities

  • Inpatient hospital setting within the diagnostic imaging unit
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • Epic EMR system used, with training provided during orientation or test-out option
  • Work schedule does not allow blocked scheduling
  • Assignment requires coverage of at least 2 major holidays
  • RTO (requested time off) must be included prior to assignment; additional time cannot be added at contract end
  • Returning travelers must have a 13-week break following the end of a previous contract at this facility
  • KRONOS is used for timekeeping
  • Must be willing to float within the imaging department as directed
  • Holiday coverage is required per facility policy

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a radiology technologist in an acute care setting
  • AHA certifications required
  • Active NV license required if applicable
  • Experience with Epic charting preferred
  • Candidates must live at least 60 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
