Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification, BLS, and experience with GE SPECT/CT equipment for a diagnostic imaging role.

Responsibilities

Position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging only, no nuclear medicine therapy procedures
Utilizes GE Healthcare NM/CT 600 or 800 Series SPECT/CT and Xeleris 4 Workstation
Patient data is documented using Epic EMR and Nuctrac systems
Requires IV placement skills
Main duties include performing high-quality diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging and IV placement
Testing on telemetry/ECG and medication administration may be required at some campuses
Returning employees/travelers must comply with a 6-month break policy before rejoining
Parking at some locations may incur a daily fee
Personal protective equipment and scrubs information will be provided upon orientation

Requirements

Active ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
Must have MA state license if applicable (License required if applicable)
Experience using GE NM/CT SPECT/CT systems and Xeleris 4 Workstation
Prior experience documenting in Epic EMR and Nuctrac preferred
50-mile radius rule applies; no local candidates unless otherwise approved
Must have been separated from prior employment at the facility for at least 6 months
COVID vaccine with booster and Influenza vaccine required (medical exemptions allowed)
