Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for a night shift position requiring call response and Epic experience.

Responsibilities

Position is based in a hospital operating room environment
Night shift schedule, 5x8 hour shifts from 22:45 to 07:15
On-call required with a 30-minute response time
Weekend and holiday coverage required as needed
Floating to other units may be required
Patient care may include those with COVID-19
Uses Epic for charting
Facility is tobacco and fragrance free
Holiday and weekend coverage may be required
Up to 7 days of requested time off (RTO) may be considered
Pair travelers are accepted but matched schedules are not guaranteed

Requirements

Active PA or compact RN license with no license hits
Minimum 2 years of recent OR RN experience
Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC
Epic EMR experience required
Must complete pre-start training modules
Facility has a 50-mile local radius rule for travel pay rate eligibility
