Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a home health pediatric rehab assignment, with state-specific licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services in home health and hospice settings
• Assignment focuses on pediatric rehabilitation patients
• Day shifts are 8 hours in length
• This is a 16-week contract position
• A personal vehicle is required, as public transportation is not available in the area
• Candidates may need to provide references from recent supervisors
• Religious or medical exemption requests for vaccinations must be properly documented
• Be prepared to respond promptly to all communications regarding the assignment

Requirements

• Physical Therapist license required if applicable; Vermont candidates must apply for license within 24 hours of accepting assignment and New York candidates must provide proof of pending NY license
• Relevant experience in pediatric rehabilitation preferred
• Must possess or be eligible for licensure in the state where services will be provided
