Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical-Surgical Telemetry position in a resource pool, with a valid NY RN license or proof of a pending NY license required.

Responsibilities

Work in the resource pool covering Medical-Surgical Telemetry units
Care for adult medical-surgical patients requiring telemetry monitoring
12-hour night shifts are required for this position
16-week contract assignment
Responsibilities include providing high-quality nursing care to diverse adult med-surg telemetry patients
Reliable personal transportation is recommended, as public transit may be inaccessible
Candidates must be prepared for strict compliance with documentation and assignment requirements
Requests for religious or medical exemptions to vaccination policies must be supported with documentation

Requirements

Active NY RN license or proof of pending NY license required for consideration
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Recent experience as a Med-Surg Tele RN required
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
