Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring a compact or AL license and at least three years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a combined Medical-Surgical unit within a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
• 13-week contract assignment
• Care for adult Med/Surg patient population
• Responsible for delivering direct patient care to adult Med/Surg patients
• Proper documentation and completion of required clinical records is expected

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 3 years of current Med/Surg nursing experience
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• COVID vaccination card required
• RQI certifications are not accepted
• Cannot have been employed as permanent staff at any Lifepoint facility in the last 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full-time
• Permanent address must be outside a 60-mile radius from the facility
