Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN for night shifts requiring an AL or compact RN license and at least 3 years of Med/Surg experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is located in a medical-surgical combination unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Assignment duration is 13 weeks
• Caring for adult medical-surgical patient population
• Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Med/Surg unit
• Must complete all required facility forms and checklists prior to assignment
• First-time travelers will be considered for this role

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 3 years recent Med/Surg RN experience
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• COVID-19 vaccination card required
• Must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
• RQI certifications are not accepted
• Permanent address must be at least 60 miles from the facility
