Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with CRT and BLS certifications and at least 2 years of outpatient experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in an outpatient orthopedic setting as an X-Ray Technologist
• Primary location is Westlake Village with a remote possibility of floating to other nearby clinic locations
• Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (5x8 hour shifts)
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Expected to float between facilities within the state in rare circumstances
• Uses Epic EMR; Epic experience is required
• Orientation consists of 16 hours
• Any solid color scrubs are acceptable; no prints allowed
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Returning employees must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and cannot live within 50 miles of the facility
• Minimal time off requests (RTO) preferred; excessive RTO may limit selection
• All requested time off or schedule preferences must be discussed prior to offer
• Local candidates are accepted

Requirements

• Current CRT and BLS certifications required; ARRT accepted but not required
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an X-Ray Technologist in an outpatient setting
• Outpatient and, ideally, trauma experience preferred
• Must provide a minimum of 2 supervisory references from the last three years within a comparable specialty or setting
• License required if applicable
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Pending state license not accepted
