Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with at least 2 years of acute care experience and valid ARRT (R) certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in an acute care setting in the Radiology department as an X-Ray Tech
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, with on-call rotation for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Duties include general X-ray competencies and supporting the operating room with C-Arm experience required
• Must be available for flexible shifts including day, evening, or weekend coverage
• Uses Epic EMR for documentation
• Must be able to take evening, night, weekend, and holiday call as assigned
• Black scrubs are required for this role
• Former employees and travelers must have a 2-year break from any WVU Medicine location before returning
• Rad badge must be provided before start
• Prior employment at the facility may affect eligibility based on previous work history and break requirements
• Drivers license must reflect an address outside the required radius

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Rad Tech in an acute care setting
• BLS (AHA) and Certified Radiologic Technologist ARRT (R) required
• OR experience with a C-Arm is required
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility
• License required if applicable
