Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring a FL or compact RN license and at least one year of recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Cardiac Cath Lab of a hospital setting
• Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Patient population includes those requiring cardiac catheterization and related procedures
• 13-week assignment duration
• Responsibilities include delivering specialized care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures
• Travel nurses are expected to integrate with a multidisciplinary team
• Proper documentation and adherence to hospital protocols is required for all procedures
• Assignment does not accept first time travelers

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• Current AHA or ARC BLS and ACLS certification required, valid through first 30 days of assignment
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Two professional references required if licensed in Florida or Missouri; one reference required for all other states
• Local candidates not accepted; must live more than 50 miles from the facility
