Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with at least 5 years of OR experience for a Monday to Friday day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the Emergency/Operating Room Radiology unit
  • Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 08:30 to 17:00
  • Thirteen-week contract assignment
  • Patient care occurs in a hospital setting
  • Utilizes Epic for charting (experience with Epic preferred)
  • Responsibilities include operating radiologic equipment and providing imaging support to surgical procedures
  • All team members must demonstrate proficiency handling radiology equipment in the operating room
  • Public transportation or paid public parking options available; parking is not validated
  • Local candidates are accepted but must reside more than 60 miles from the facility for standard travel pay rates
  • Scrubs/dress code details provided during onboarding

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in the OR setting
  • ARRT certification required
  • Active MA Radiologic Technologist license required for consideration (no conditional or pending licenses accepted)
  • Current BLS certification through AHA required
  • Flu vaccination required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
  • License required if applicable
