Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist with at least 1 year of diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab experience and ARRT (R) or RCIS certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in a diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization lab
• Day shift schedule with 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weekday and weekend on-call required during each 4 week period, specifics discussed during interview
• Procedural responsibilities include monitoring, equipment setup, prepping access sites, scrubbing, and arrhythmia recognition
• Accepts first time travelers
• RTLS badge may be issued; a fee applies if lost or not returned
• Responsibilities include accurate monitoring, maintaining a sterile field, and recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias
• RTO (requested time off) must be provided at time of application

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of cardiac cath lab experience required
• Current ARRT (R) or RCIS certification required
• NJ license required; may be obtained during compliance
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including booster required
• License required if applicable
