Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN with at least 2 years of specialty experience and a GA or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

Hospital-based operating room position
12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week (0645-1915), with a 13-week contract
Surgical cases include orthopedic, bariatric, general, and plastics procedures
No on-call responsibilities
Floating or additional requirements are not specified
Perm staff returning as travelers must have a 2 year break before consideration
All requested time off (RTO) must be declared up front
First-time travelers are not excluded unless otherwise specified
Strict compliance with documentation and credentialing is required prior to start

Requirements

Active GA or compact RN license required
Minimum of 2 years of recent operating room RN experience required
Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Applicants must live at least 50 miles from the facility
