Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU position in Oklahoma, requiring two years of ICU experience and current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting
• Night shifts, 3x12 hours per week, 18:45 to 07:15
• Floating required within scope to meet facility needs, including to other facilities within a 75-mile radius
• Epic is used for charting and EMR documentation
• Block scheduling is not allowed
• Maximum of 5 days unpaid time off will be approved, with no holidays or blackout dates allowed for RTO
• Two professional references are required for consideration
• Copies of required certifications must be provided
• Responsibility may include floating to any facility within the health system as needed
• First shift attendance is strictly enforced; late arrivals without notice may have consequences for assignment

Requirements

• Active OK or compact RN license required at the time of consideration
• Minimum of 2 years ICU RN experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Candidate must live outside a 75-mile radius of the facility
• Must provide a driver's license and a recent utility bill with matching address
• No first-time travelers accepted for this position
• Previous permanent staff must have not worked at the facility for 1 year
• Pending state licenses are not accepted
