Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a night shift contract requiring a TX or compact RN license and compliance with a 150-mile radius rule.

Responsibilities

• Position is in an ICU (CCU) hospital setting
• Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment length
• Unit cares for critically ill adult patients
• Provide critical care nursing for ICU patients during night shifts
• Adherence to all hospital and unit protocols is required
• All required documentation and credentials must be submitted for consideration
• Local candidates within a 150-mile radius are not eligible for this position

Requirements

• Active TX or compact state RN license required
• Previous ICU RN experience is required as specified in job description
• Two supervisory references from the last 3 years of employment required for consideration
• Certifications must be current and documentation provided
• Candidates must reside at least 150 miles from the facility to be eligible
