Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR Circulator RN for a day shift position in Arizona with neurosurgery experience and strict radius requirements.

Responsibilities

• Hospital operating room setting with 4 ORs
• Performs circulating duties across ortho, general, eye, podiatry, gyn, pain, urology, neurosurgery, and hand cases
• Utilizes DaVinci robotic surgical equipment
• Handles approximately 250 surgeries per month
• Day shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Required to take call up to 10 days per month or less
• Responsible for circulating a wide variety of surgical cases, including neurosurgery
• Team-oriented work culture with opportunities to support complex procedures
• No exemptions permitted for flu vaccination
• No more than 3 days of requested time off may be approved for the 13-week contract
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment
• First time travelers are welcome to apply

Requirements

• Active AZ or Compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum 3 years of operating room RN experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Must have experience and comfort with neurosurgery cases
• Applicant's permanent address must be more than 100 miles from the facility
• Annual flu vaccine is required with no exceptions
