Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology RN to work in a Level 1 Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center with on-call responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital-based Interventional Radiology department with 5 labs, including 2 neuro and 3 vascular/body/general IR labs
- Level 1 Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center environment
- Full-time schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 4 days per week
- On-call required for nights, weekends, and holidays with a 30-minute response time
- Responsibilities include providing nursing care in a collaborative IR lab team environment
- Must be able to meet 30-minute response time for on-call assignments
- Local candidates are accepted but may be subject to a reduced pay rate based on state-specific radius requirements
- No COVID vaccination required as of July 1, 2023
- All positions are auto-offer
- Include any requested time off (RTO) with initial application
Requirements
- Active IN or compact RN license required and primary source verification via Nursys within 30 days prior to start
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association required
- Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology RN experience required
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
- Copy of driver’s license required
