Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU position requiring night shifts, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certification.

Responsibilities

Position is in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital
Patient population includes critical care adults
Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts, 19:00-07:30
Floating required to Med-Surg, Med-Surg/Telemetry, and IMC units as needed
Every other weekend work is required
First-time travelers are accepted for this position
Locals within 60 miles are accepted

Requirements

Active MD or compact RN license required
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
Must pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with at least 80% overall and 100% on lethal rhythms
