Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position, requiring an active OH or compact RN license and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Medical Surgical unit within a hospital setting
• Night shifts with a 3x12 schedule from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
• Required to work every third weekend
• Floating may be required within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Completion of department-specific HealthStream modules required prior to and during orientation
• Same rate applied for local candidates
• All requested time off must be provided at time of application

Requirements

• Active Ohio or compact RN license required
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• ACLS certification is mandatory
• Preferred minimum of 1 year Med/Surg RN experience
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of driver’s license and Social Security Number needed for consideration
