Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN with strong vascular experience and prior travel history in a large level 1 trauma facility.

Responsibilities

• Hospital-based Operating Room setting
• 10-hour day shifts, four days per week (06:45 AM – 5:15 PM)
• No on-call responsibility
• No block scheduling
• Care for surgical and trauma patients, including vascular and endovascular cases
• Work in a large level 1 trauma environment
• Holiday and weekend work may be required as scheduled
• Complete orientation to surgical and trauma protocols provided
• Team-based care environment with collaboration among surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff
• Must demonstrate experience and competency with a wide range of OR procedures and equipment

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required
• Significant prior travel nursing experience in large level 1 trauma centers required
• Strong vascular and endovascular operative experience required
• High ratings across all areas on the skills checklist
• Recent (within last 2 years) references from supervisory clinical roles
• EMR experience relevant to the OR setting
• Current nursing certifications as required for the specialty
