Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week evening shift assignment, requiring ARRT or ARMRIT certification and BLS.

Responsibilities

• Work in an MRI department within a hospital setting
• Performs MRI scans, contrast administration, and IV placement according to policy
• Monday through Friday evening shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• Availability for emergency standby coverage off-hours and on weekends
• May be required to work at multiple locations
• Responsible for direct and indirect patient care following established policies and standards
• Must adhere to ASRT, ARMRIT, and ARRT standards of practice
• Accurate and timely documentation is expected
• Must communicate pertinent information promptly to appropriate personnel
• May be required to provide coverage at multiple locations within the organization

Requirements

• Current ARRT or ARMRIT certification required
• WA Radiologic Technologist license required (if applicable)
• Current American Heart Association BLS required
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Two professional references needed for consideration
