Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring ACLS, BLS, Epic experience, and a PA or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

Work in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
Night shift schedule, 3x12 hrs from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am
Weekend shifts required every other weekend
Floating required to all Med/Surg floors and potentially to rehab
Care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients, including possible COVID patients
Uses Epic EMR, with prior Epic experience required
No on-call responsibilities
Facility is tobacco and fragrance free
Holiday coverage based on unit needs
Maximum of 7 days RTO allowed
Candidates will be clinically pre-screened for fit prior to final interview
Must be willing to float as assigned

Requirements

Active PA or compact RN license required
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
Current certifications: ACLS and BLS
Prior Epic EMR experience required
