Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a skilled RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position in California, requiring an active CA RN license and recent cath lab experience.
Responsibilities
- Position is based in a hospital Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting
- Primary responsibilities are within the CMC Cardiac Catheterization Services unit
- Assignment is for 13 weeks with 10-hour day shifts
- Provide specialized care and monitoring to cardiac cath lab patients
- Team-based environment within the cardiac services department
- Orientation and support provided for integration into the unit
Requirements
- Active California RN license required
- Minimum one year of recent experience in Cardiac Cath Lab nursing within the past two years
- Two years of experience required for Level 2 or higher RNs
- Two professional clinical references from recent employment, one being a Nurse Manager or Unit Director and the other may be a Charge Nurse
- Complete employment history for the past seven years with explanations for gaps over 30 days
- Current skills checklist completed within the last year
