Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN with 18 months of Telemetry experience for a 4M Cardiovascular night shift assignment requiring a GA or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in the 4M Cardiovascular Telemetry unit
• Hospital setting caring for cardiovascular patient population
• 12-hour night shifts
• No on-call responsibilities
• 13-week contract assignment
• Strict rules regarding requested time off: 5 days max unless near a holiday (then maximum is 3 days), and only one holiday request allowed
• Returning employees must meet facility-specific separation rules
• RTO must be spread out if during the holiday period
• First-time travelers will be considered

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license in hand
• At least 18 months of recent Full Time Telemetry experience required
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility (no local candidates allowed)
• Former permanent employees must have a 1-year separation from the health system and 18 months if returning to the same facility
