Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Ortho travel assignment requiring an active IN or compact license and EKG competency.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a hospital Med/Surg Ortho unit
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Typical 12-hour shifts
• Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are considered at a reduced rate
• Must complete EKG testing onsite after clearance, with two attempts allowed
• May reapply for the position in 30 days if EKG testing is not passed
• Holiday and weekend coverage may be required according to unit needs
• Compliance with hospital documentation and credentialing process required

Requirements

• Active RN license in IN or compact state required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Ortho experience required
• Must pass onsite EKG testing upon clearance
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• U.S. Social Security Number required
