Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a travel MICU position in California requiring a current CA RN license and ICU experience.

Responsibilities

Work in a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) within a hospital setting
12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
13-week contract assignment
Adult critical care patient population
Must provide professional references as specified for California placements
Candidates must supply official documentation for consideration
First-time travelers are accepted if all requirements are met

Requirements

Active CA RN license required
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in ICU
At least 1 year of recent experience in the specialty
Current AHA or ARC BLS and ACLS certifications required
NIH Stroke Certification required
No work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
No local candidates—must reside outside a 50-mile radius
