Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU position requiring a MS or compact RN license and a minimum of one year recent ICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting
• Night shift position with hours from 19:15 to 07:15
• 13-week contract assignment
• Cares for critically ill adult patients
• Responsibilities include providing high-acuity care to ICU patients during overnight shifts
• RTO requests must be less than one week
• Returning travelers are subject to a two-year rule for previous permanent CHS staff employment

Requirements

• Active MS or compact RN license required
• Minimum of one year recent ICU nursing experience required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the last 12 months
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment
• Candidates who have been permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past two years will not be considered
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility
