Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist with ARRT, IEMA, BLS, ACLS, and at least 1 year of experience for a day shift opportunity in a Level II trauma center.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in an acute care hospital's interventional radiology unit
• Level II trauma center with 372 staffed beds
• Day shifts are 4x10 hours from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Every third weekend rotation required
• Primary call required two nights per week and every third weekend
• Will float within clinical scope as needed
• Patient population includes both radiology and cardiology interventional cases
• EMR system is Cerner
• First-time travelers will be considered for this role
• Scrub attire can be any solid color
• Parking permit is required and provided at no cost
• Up to 5 days of requested time off is allowed
• Block scheduling requests can be discussed with the manager

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an interventional radiology technologist
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• ARRT and IEMA certifications required
• Experience working in interventional radiology within an acute care or trauma setting preferred
• License required if applicable
