Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with at least 2 years of MRI experience and current ARRT (MRI) certification to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Work in a radiology diagnostic unit
- Shifts are Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with 10-hour day shifts
- Assignment is 13 weeks in duration
- Floating within the clinical scope may be required
- Patient care includes MRI exams on Siemens and Phillips MRI scanners
- No on-call responsibilities
- Candidates must wear scrubs of any color
- Role involves conducting MRI imaging according to department protocols
- Work within a team structure in a diagnostic radiology department
- RTO must be requested at the time of application
- Previous travel experience should be documented on your resume
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of MRI experience
- Current ARRT (MRI) certification and BLS required
- Experience operating Siemens and Phillips MRI scanners required
- Must provide two recent MRI supervisor or manager references
- Skills checklist for MRI specialty required
- Candidates must be nicotine-free and will be tested
- Flu vaccination required with no exemptions accepted
- License required if applicable
