Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a hospital in Hawaii, requiring a current HI RN license and the ability to float to other units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting
• May be required to float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Med Surg during low census periods
• Covers critical care and coronary patient populations
• Three 12-hour rotating shifts per week, including weekends as needed
• 13-week assignment
• Must be able to work consecutive weekends if needed
• No COVID-19 vaccine requirement for this assignment
• Holiday shifts are subject to special holiday pay rules
• This client is not affiliated with Hawaii Health Systems Corporation and has unique compliance processes

Requirements

• Active Hawaii RN license required prior to contract start
• Minimum of 5 years RN experience required
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS or BCLS, PALS, NRP
• Critical care nursing experience required
• Willingness and ability to float to PCU or Med Surg units when necessary
