Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a hospital in Hawaii, requiring a current HI RN license and the ability to float to other units as needed.
Responsibilities
- Position is based in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting
- May be required to float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Med Surg during low census periods
- Covers critical care and coronary patient populations
- Three 12-hour rotating shifts per week, including weekends as needed
- 13-week assignment
- Must be able to work consecutive weekends if needed
- No COVID-19 vaccine requirement for this assignment
- Holiday shifts are subject to special holiday pay rules
- This client is not affiliated with Hawaii Health Systems Corporation and has unique compliance processes
Requirements
- Active Hawaii RN license required prior to contract start
- Minimum of 5 years RN experience required
- Certifications required: ACLS, BLS or BCLS, PALS, NRP
- Critical care nursing experience required
- Willingness and ability to float to PCU or Med Surg units when necessary
